i found the staff cute upon arrival the check-in process was fast and efficient i received a complimentary upgrade to the avani superior room i was really surprised the minibar was stocked with a variety of drinks and snacks. i appreciated the modern design of the room the bed provided excellent support ensuring a restful night's sleep. the bathroom featured a rainfall shower it was a refreshing experience after a long day.
i noticed the gym equipment could benefit from some maintenance.

the location was acceptable, close to public transportation.
The room i had was quite small. I could barely open my suitcase. the room service was limited to breakfast only, not clear when i booked (it was frustrating). also, i could hear the entrance door opening and closing all night, and there was a strange floor "window" where i could see people walking below.

acceptable locationcramped room
the staff seemed nice, and the location was acceptable because it was near public transport.
I was disappointed by the room size. It felt really cramped. i could barely open my suitcase fully, and there wasn't enough space to move around comfortably. the room felt much smaller than i expected from the photos.
